If you’re only reading want ads from the print version of the newspaper like your parents did, you’re not outsmarting the competition. The newspaper is still a great tool to use but think outside the box, be forward-acting and do what your competition is not doing when looking for employment. Download Smartphone apps & read the business sections to find information from companies about the following: new projects, gain in profits, expansions, development agreements, openings, launches, improvements, investments and grants. Where there is growth, there are jobs. Use technology to find growth. Are you outsmarting your competition when it comes to looking for a job?
